Childcare Services for Conference Participants

To help make the conference more accessible and family-friendly, we are providing the contact information for the daycare service at Concordia University.

The Concordia University Student Parents Centre (CUSP) can provide resources and information to assist conference attendees in finding suitable childcare options during the event. Participants who require childcare are encouraged to contact the Centre in advance to discuss available services and receive guidance based on their individual needs.

Funding for Childcare

Conference participants are responsible for the cost of childcare services. However, eligible attendees may apply for the (SIGSOFT CAPS Travel and Child Care Support Grant at https://conf.researchr.org/attending/fse-2026/Travel-and-Child-Care-Support, which provides financial assistance to help offset travel and childcare expenses associated with conference participation. Participants are encouraged to review the grant eligibility requirements and submit their applications in advance. If a participant is not eligible for or does not receive a grant, they will be responsible for covering childcare costs themselves.
