Information about Registration Desk
Please note that the registration deadline is July 1, 2026 (for badge printing purposes). To ensure that a printed conference badge is available, we kindly ask that you complete your registration by this date. Registrations received after July 1 may not be included in the badge printing, and a handwritten badge may need to be issued by our student volunteers upon arrival. The registration CVent system will close on 8 July, 2026 (no new registration can be completed after 8 July).
